 We are a smoke-free facility and if there is smoking in your room a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to you.

rates are for single or double occupancy. There is a $15 charge
for each additional person over the age of ten.

Beach House offers quite enjoyment to its guests. If a guest causes a disturbance to other guests and/or property damage, a surchare may be levied at the discretion of Beach House Management.
