We are a smoke-free facility and if there is smoking in your room a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to you.

If you wish to give a Beach House Gift Certificate, arrange a family reunion or a small wedding on our lawn or private beach, please ask for further information.

All rates are for single or double occupancy. There is a $15 charge for each additional person over the age of ten.
