A deposit of one night's stay is required to confirm a reservation.
A check must be received within seven days of making a reservation
or the reservation will be cancelled.
A credit card number will hold a reservation for repeat guests.

To Reserve an Ocean Front Room of your Choice.
A reservation for a particular Ocean Front room requires a minimum
two-night stay. We will accommodate requests for a one night stay
in an Ocean Front room when scheduling permits.
Holiday Weekends. A two-night minimum is required for the
following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, and Columbus Day.
 Cancellation
Policy.
Refunds will be made if a cancellation occurs seven days in advance
of arrival date. If a cancellation is made less than seven days
in advance of arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. If a
guest leaves before the departure date of the reservation, a refund
will be granted only if we are able to re-rent the room. A person
who has made a reservation and does not show up on the arrival date
will forfeit the deposit. A guest holding a room with a credit card
number will be charged for one night's stay if he/she
cancels with less than seven days notice.
