We invite you to enjoy the beauty of Cape Cod in the friendly and relaxing atmosphere at Beach House. We are right on the ocean and convenient to fine restaurants, shops, museums, golf courses and a wide variety of activities that will appeal to children and adults.

Built in 1975 by owner Cliff Hagberg, Beach House at Bass River commands a majestic view of Nantucket Sound. Twenty-six guest rooms are furnished with wicker furniture and country antiques. Each room has a private bath, heat, air conditioning, telephone, cable television, refrigerator and either a private balcony or patio. We offer free wireless internet service.

Ocean front rooms offer panoramic views of Nantucket Sound. Our private beach is for the exclusive use of our guests. Lounge chairs on the lawn overlooking the ocean are for sunning and relaxing. Beach House is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Our complimentary Buffet Breakfast in The Salt Room offers freshly brewed coffee, tea, orange juice, fresh fruit, home baked breads and breakfast cakes, Beach House granola and more. Served daily from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Call us at Beach House (800) 345-6065 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 am to 1:30 p.m. (before we open April 12, 2012). We will take reservations with a deposit of one night's stay, answer your questions, and send you a brochure, if you wish.

If you have an advance reservation and your plans have changed please call us before March 1, 2012, and let us know. If we don't hear from you, we will charge your credit card with a deposit of one night's stay between March 1 and 15, 2012. We will mail you a recepit, which confirms your reservation.

2012 Specials

All rooms in April and May will receive a 10% discount, including Memorial Day Weekend.

Our Welcome Summer Special begins June 1 and runs through June 17, 2012, offering a 10% discount on all rooms.

A 10% early booking discount is available for visits from July 1 through September 3, 2012, by paying one night's deposit before May 25, 2012.

Our End of Summer Special begins August 19 and runs through September 3, 2012, including Labor Day Weekend, offering a 10% discount on all rooms.

Beach House (non-water view) rooms, beginning September 4 through October 21, 2012, will receive a 10% discount.

Guests 60 years and older receive a 10% discount in 2012 and 2013 throughout the seasons.
